CAN I DO PHOTOSHOOTS OR VISIT THE HOTEL WITHOUT STAYING AT EL TROPICO?
There is a minimum Food and Beverage purchase for all outside guests who want to visit and/ or create content without staying the night. Access to room terraces, sofas and alleyways are off limits for all outside guests, so we can maintain privacy for all in-house guests.
- IDR 150K / person not including tax and service charge for outside guests around the bar, first floor swimming pools and restaurant. NO ACCESS to the second floor infinity pool for any outside guests.
- The use of El Tropico pool towels are reserved specifically for hotel guests and paying guests only.
- Professional photography such as pre-wedding, birthday, fashion campaign shoots and others must be discussed and approved by El Tropico Hotel team. A fee of IDR 500K / person applies for a maximum of 2 hours of professional photography.
ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED TO VISIT AND STAY?
El Tropico welcomes everyone and well-behaved kids to visit and stay! We ask that all parents accompany their children around the pool and keep noise level at a minimum. No access around room terraces/ alleyways.
WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS PER ROOM?
Each of our hotel rooms has a maximum capacity of 2 adults. Extra beds may be purchased at an additional cost to accommodate a maximum of 2 small children or 1 adult. Please contact our hotel team for pricing.
